REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement shipment, or a full refund
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work quickly to send the correct items or issue a refund as appropriate.
Returns (Unopened Bottles Only)
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened bottles in their original condition.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for: opened bottles, products damaged after delivery or items purchased from third-party retailers.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
